EJ20はエンジンチューニングを進めていくとクランクケースの強度不足や、

オイルキャビテーションによるオイルパン内のオイル不足が発生します。

TOMEIバッフルステフナーは２重構造により、左右のクランクケースを結合し、

強度を向上させるとともに、オイルの偏りを防ぎます。
